1. Made-to-Order Products

All PawKrew products are printed on demand and created specifically for each order

2. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Correct sizing
  • Correct shipping address

PawKrew is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in dollars. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. PawKrew does not store your full payment information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Production times vary. Estimated shipping times are provided but not guaranteed.



4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged items
  • Printing defects
  • Incorrect items sent

 

5. Claims Process

To submit a claim, email contactkrew@pawkrew.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description

All PawKrew designs and content are the property of PawKrew and may not be copied or resold.

7. Limitation of Liability

PawKrew is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
