PawKrew Refund & Return Policy

Because PawKrew products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preferences
  • Buyer’s remorse

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Include clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will issue a free replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we’ll fix it ASAP.

Non-Returnable Items

All custom PawKrew items and all digital products are final sale
